Oh give me land, lots of land under starry skies above. Don't fence me in

Greetings fellow cyclists and friends. This is a rather unusual Bike Palestine newsletter as it is not really about Bike Palestine at all. Rather it's about what I'll be doing when the Easter tour is over. I'll be working on my 40 minute short movie 'Fall of the House of Usher' which I'm hoping to fund with a Kickstarter campaign. Now- I'm not expecting a lot. I've set myself a very modest target of £8,500 which will provide a budget of £212 per minute. Laughable- but I'm not Cecil B. DeMille and I don't intend to film the parting of the Red Sea. I just need to pay my actors and technicians a little, dab a little make-up on their faces, give them a bite to eat when they're hungry and pay their bus fares home.

You can find the Kickstarter campaign by following this link.

In the presentation I offer my interpretation of Poe's classic tale. You may also view my animatic storyboard and see what rewards I'm offering my backers.

I leave you on a bright note. We have 23 riders for the next Bike Palestine tour. This is 3 times better than we've ever had in the past. Our anthem; the words of Cole Porter, "Oh give me land, lots of land under starry skies above. Don't fence me in."
