Film and Audiovisual Law Conference: 30th April and 1st May 2022 - Espinho, Portugal
The first Film, and Audiovisual Law Conference will occur on 30th April and 1st May 2022, in Espinho, Portugal. As a constantly evolving subject, Law for Film and Audiovisual is continuously adapting to the legislative technological and social evolution in this industry.
Therefore, it is vital to have the most up-to-date knowledge available, as well as a space to discuss it. Kami Naghdi | | Heads the Film and Television practice at Clintons. His work spans media finance, development, production and exploitation of film and television content across all platforms, with an international client base from Los Angeles to Beijing.
Recent work includes documentaries Supersonic, Trojan and Death of Gentleman; feature films The Titan, Ophelia, Where Hands Touch and Moose. He has also worked on a number of the highest value rights deals in TV in the UK. Listed by the Legal 500 as a leading individual in film and television. |

Rusta Mizani | | Graduated in Business Administration, worked in marketing at various film distribution companies (including PolyGram Filmed Entertainment, Universal Pictures, Tobis StudioCanal).
Rusta successfully completed the Atelier/Masterclass Ludwigsburg-Paris and then worked as a freelance producer. He was Head of Contract Management and Administration at the Filmförderung Hamburg Schleswig-Holstein and most recently Head of Business Affairs at the German Film and Television Academy Berlin (DFFB).. |

Frédéric Dumont | | Has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2000 and a partner of DDG since 2009, where he co-manages the IP/IT & Media practice. He advises French and foreign groups mainly in the following sectors: media, advertising, new technologies, entertainment, distribution, luxury goods and clothing, wines and spirits, pharma.
